Post-Thanksgiving Thankfulness: Global equity markets are higher this morning. It appears to be the bounce after a truly dreadful week. There was red everywhere you looked: The S&P 500 fell 3.8%, Chinese markets dropped 3.7%, and European shares dropped 1.1%.
