Pre-market Thursday saw lower health care stocks.
Early movers include:
(+) Celgene ( CELG ), which was over 33% higher after Bristol-Myers Squibb ( BMY ) said it would acquire the company in a cash and stock transaction valued at about $74 billion. Bristol-Myers was down more than 9% after the news.
(+) Kitov Pharmaceuticals Holdings ( KTOV ) was up by over 54% after unveiling an exclusive 15-year marketing and distribution agreement with Coeptis Pharmaceuticals for the US market.
(+) Ohr Pharmaceuticals ( OHRP ) was surging past 65% after the company said it has agreed to merge with NeuBase Therapeutics Inc. Stockholders of NeuBase would become the majority holders of the combined company.
