Rockwell Collins (COL) is up 8.5% to $140.73 after Chinese authorities approved its acquisition by United Technologies (UTX) up 1% to $126.97.
Tesla (TSLA) is down 1.2% to $334.15 after Reuters reports it plans to l ower prices of cars in China amid tariffs.
